– Sound knowledge of local laws and procedures relating to civil, criminal litigation, commercial, contractual consumer and labour laws as applicable to the real estate industry.
– Support and give advice on acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, and other transactions of company.
– Should have thorough knowledge of contract/agreement drafting Deeds and documents, Development agreement, Leasing Agreements, legal notices, Bye laws, Agreement to sell, JV Agreement, Collaboration Agreement, Maintenance Agreement, Buyers Agreement etc, MOU including public notices, liaising with various government bodies.
– Dealing with solicitors , counsels , various legal authorities , registration authorities , courts , tribunals , arbitration panels , etc.; and representing the company on various legal forums
– Advise on joint ventures , collaborations , joint development agreements and consortium arrangements in relation to real estate projects
– Land acquisition and village rehabilitation, property searches, verification of land records.
– LLB/ LLM with minimum 12 – 15 years of experience preferably have spent minimum 2 – 3 years in a reputed law firm and 10-12 years in the corporate sector.
– Good personality and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
