Law, politics and jurisprudence having close intimacy can be holistically understood only when they are read in tandem. While political science deals with state and state ideology; jurisprudences focuses upon law and legal system and attempts to answer the questions what is law, what are its sources and how does it come into existence. It is difficult to imagine that the law as product of state and state machinery will not have reflection of political ideology. Pragmatically speaking, governance in any state is heavily influenced by the political ideology to which the government is subscribed to. Be it any state, history has witnessed the use and misuse of law making power by the government adhering and advocating to a particular ideology. Legalistically, how far is it justified to influence law by political ideology in a rule of democratic majority is a question mark.
